What type of ingredients do you use, and are your products natural and organic?

All of my products are made using high quality ingredients from reputable Canadian or American suppliers. I use organic products when they are available or beneficial to the final product. All ingredients are safe and approved by Health Canada.


Are your products vegan?

None of my products are certified vegan. Some are vegan friendly. Contact me for more information.


How long can I wait to open and use your Artisan Soaps?

I recommend you use the product within 12 months for best results, as the colour and fragrances may begin to fade. However, the product will still be effective and perfectly safe to use after that time.


Why don't all the bar soaps look the same?

Each batch of soap is hand-crafted. No two bars of soap will ever be identical with this process.  Weight, colour, and textures will vary, but they will always be of superior quality.


Is the price under the picture for what is in the picture?

Each listing price is for one(1) item unless otherwise stated.


Ordering & Payments


Do you have my payment information or credit card number when I place an order?

No, I don't process payments or receive any private information. All payments are processed by the payment method you choose to use at checkout. For payment disputes, contact your credit card company, bank, or payment company.


Do you offer returns and refunds?

No, I don't. But if you have an issue with your product please contact me and I'll help you as best I can.


Shipping FAQ's

When will my order arrive?  

I will process your order in 1-2 business days. After it is received by the carrier (Canada Post) I have no control over it.  


My order didn't arrive, are you going to refund my money?

No, I do not refund or replace lost orders. I will contact the carrier responsible for your order. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify me ASAP via the Contact page so I can change it on the shipping label.  If it has already shipped and is returned to me, I can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.


Help! My package has arrived damaged/has the wrong products/is missing products/etc.!

Oh no! Please contact me via the "Contact" page and I will do my best to make things right ASAP!
